    • for several-day trips from the school – within the scope of the education provisions – and similarly for trips with the nursery
school (Kiga), but not for trips from the crèche (Hort).
  • How does it work?

    One-day excursions

If a one-day trip/ field trip is planned, then you will receive a letter from the school or the nursery school. This letter states destination
and the date of the trip, and also the amount that you have to pay for your child to participate in the trip.

You can apply to Pro Arbeit for the costs to be paid for this trip. To do this, simply take the MACH MIT : : Ausflüge & Klassenfahrten
    (Excursions & school trips) : :
form from the “Komm – Mach mit” checkbook, complete the front page of the application, enclose the
parents’ letter and send everything to Pro Arbeit. Your Administrator will check the application and transfer the money onto your
    account if it is approved.

    Several-day trips

If your child wishes to take part in a several-day trip with overnight stay(s) with their class or nursery school, then travel and accommodation
costs will arise. The application for the cost of these expenses to be taken over must be submitted in due time prior to the
beginning of the trip. To do this, simply take the MACH MIT : : Ausflüge & Klassenfahrten (Excursions & school trips) : : form from the
“Komm – Mach mit” checkbook, and complete the first page of the application. Ask the school or nursery school to fill out the reverse
side of the application. Send the completed form to Pro Arbeit.

Your Administrator will check the application and, if it is approved, will transfer the money directly onto the stated school, class,
    teacher account etc.
